How pricing works
We don't post prices because no two lots are alike. We do say what moves each number and when you see it.
What decides the price
Depth of the well and the casing the driller sets. Distance from the well to the house. The pump and tank size. How the line is protected from frost. And how we get to you: road, or a flight.
What the estimate includes, and what it doesn't
Our labor, the pump, tank, pipe, fittings, heat cable and insulation we install. It leaves out the drilling, which the driller prices, the electrician's hookup and any permit fee.
What happens at the visit
We walk the lot and look at the power, the access and what you have now. Any visit fee is said on the phone before we drive out, and it comes off the work if you hire us.
After hours
Evenings and weekends cost more. For a freeze-up call, Jiwoo or Antonio tells you the rate on the phone before anyone drives out, and you decide then.
When you get the number
In writing, before work starts. A well gets two: the driller's for the hole and ours for what follows. A flight, if there is one, is its own line.
If the job changes
Frozen ground, ledge or a different route can change the work. We tell you what we found, say what it adds, and get your yes in writing before we go on.

Short answers about money
Can you give me a number on the phone?
A range for a pump or a tank, sometimes. For a well, a trench or winter-proofing, no. The number depends on the lot, so we write it after we have seen it or seen photos of it.
Do you charge for the visit?
We say so on the phone before we drive out. If there is a fee and you hire us for the work, it comes off the price.
Why are there two prices for a well?
The driller is a separate company and bills for the hole. We bill for the pump, tank and lines. Two prices show you which is which and let you question either.
Do you offer payment plans?
Ask us on the phone. Any plan has its own written terms, and we send them with the estimate.
